I entered my email to get my username but haven't received anything yet. What can I do?

There may be a few reasons why you didn't get an email with your username. Read on to learn more about them:

1. Did you create an account yet? Your clinician must have sent you an invitation email. Please locate that email in your inbox, and make sure you follow the account setup process.

2. Suppose you're unable to locate the invitation email. Please follow the steps in this article, or contact your clinician to confirm if they sent out the invitation.  

3. If you have already created an account, is it under the same email address you entered? The email address you entered must match the one in the system, or you won't get an email with your username. Contact your clinician to confirm this.
