I've received an invitation to sign up, but I'm not sure what to do.

If you have just received an invitation from a clinician to join Luminello:

1. Open the email (If you cannot find this in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder). Click the link in the email to finish creating your account in under one minute!  Your email will look like this, and all you have to do is click on "create your account now" or copy and paste the link into your browser.

Note: This link does not expire; however, we recommend setting your portal account within 48 hours of receiving your invitation. You may contact your clinician to request a new email invitation. 

2. You will be directed to the page below once you've clicked the link, where your name and surname will pre-populate. Here, you will have to set your account up by first creating a username and password, and then re-entering your password to confirm it. Then click the checkbox to accept the terms of service and privacy policy and click "Submit". 

3. You may be logged in automatically, or you may be prompted to re-enter your login information. If prompted, go ahead and do it and then click on "Log in". 

4. Be sure to validate your email address when you receive an email prompting you to do so.
