My provider invited me, but I can't find my invite.
1.) Check your spam folder...unfortunately sometimes the invites go there.
2.) Confirm with your provider they used the correct email address.
3.) Click here and enter your email address. If you are in the system, you can reset your password from that page. If you don't receive the email to reset your password, after checking both your inbox and spam folders, ask your provider contact us for assistance.
