I'm not getting my password reset email. What can I do?

Here's what you can do if you still need to get your password reset email. 

  • Your username is required to reset your Luminello password. If you don't remember it, please click here to find it.
  • Check your spam/junk folder. 
  • The email with the password reset instructions will be sent to the email address registered with Luminello. Confirm with your clinician the email address they used to invite you to create an account.
