How can I opt-in to receive SMS notifications from my clinician?

Here's how to consent to receive SMS notifications from your clinician for appointments booked, updated, or cancelled:

Note: Parents first need to toggle into the child's account as shown here, and then follow the steps below. 

1. Click "Go here" under "Next Appointment" from your home dashboard. 

Or... 

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Account." 

2. Check the "I consent to receive SMS notifications of appointments booked, updated, or canceled" box under "Communication preferences."  3. You will be prompted to enter your phone number and click on "Proceed."

4. An SMS will be sent to your phone with a 4-digit PIN. Enter the PIN and click "Proceed." 

5. You will see a success banner confirming you have opted in for SMS notifications.

6. You will receive an SMS notification when an appointment is booked/canceled/rescheduled. SMS notifications will not contain any clinician or patient info in them, for HIPAA reasons.
