Why am I not receiving a password reset email despite entering the correct credentials?

If you're not receiving a password reset email even though you're sure you've entered the correct credentials, try these steps. 

  • Check your spam/junk folder to make sure the email hasn't been filtered there by mistake. If you don't see the email there, it's possible that there's a delay in the delivery of the email, or that there's an issue with the email service provider. In this case, you may need to wait and try again later. 
  • For optimal performance, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop.
  • Your username is needed to reset your password. Make sure that you're entering the correct username associated with your account, as a typo could also cause the email to not arrive.
