I no longer have access to the email I used for my Luminello account. How can I regain access?

If you no longer have access to the email address you used for your Luminello account, please contact us, and provide us with at least two of the following items:

  • The last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for Luminello.
  • Your tax ID.
  • The IP  address of login within the last week (you can get this information here).

Once we verify your identity, we will add your new email address so that you can reset your password or retrieve your username.
