How do I pay the invoice for a family member?

You can pay a family member's invoice in the portal if the clinician allows it. Read on to learn how: 

1. Make sure you have selected your family member's account by clicking on the drop-down next to "Toggle family member and/or clinician accounts here:"

2. Go to the "Patient's Billing" tab.

3. Next, go to the "Invoices" section, and click on "Pay" next to the invoice you would like to pay. 

4. You'll be prompted to the payment screen. Select your card from the drop-down, and click "Pay now" to process the payment.
