How can a parent print a statement from their child's account?

Please note: for a parent to have access to their child's account, they must have received an invite from the clinician to join as the patient's family member.

1. Once you log in, click on the "Toggle accounts here" drop-down to switch between accounts.

2. Click on the child's account.

3. Once the child's account is selected, click on the "Patient's Billing" tab.

4. Choose the date range you'd like, then click on "Apply."

5. Click on "Save statement as PDF."
