How can I access my video appointment?

Here's how you can access your video appointment in Luminello. 

1. From your homepage, click "Go to online waiting room" under the "Next Appointment" section. 

2. Your clinician's waiting room will open in a new tab. Enter your name and click "Check In." Your clinician will be notified that you're there.
