I am a parent of a patient/client. How can I add my credit card to their account?

If you are a parent who would like to add your credit card details to your child's account, please follow the steps below. 

1. Login to your Luminello account. 

2. On your dashboard, you will see a toggle on the upper right-hand side. Click on it.

3. Select the account by clicking on your child's name.

4.  You will be redirected to the dashboard of your child's account, with the permissions that your clinician has predetermined. Click on "Patient's Billing". 

5. Click on the "Add a credit card" link and add your details in.

6. Click on the "Add Card" button.

7. After this, you can see your card has been added successfully in the credit card area.
