My clinician invited me, but I can't find my invite. What do I do?

You can follow these steps below:

1.) Check your spam folder. Unfortunately, sometimes the invites go there.

2.) Confirm with your clinician that they used the correct email address.

3.) Click here and enter your email address. You can reset your password from that page if you are in the system. If you don't receive the email to reset your password, after checking both your inbox and spam folders, ask your clinician to contact us for assistance.
