How can I print a statement from my family member's account?
If the clinician allows it, you can print statements from your family member's account. Read on to learn how.
1. Make sure you have selected your family member's account by clicking on the drop-down next to "Toggle family member and/or clinician accounts here:"
2. Go to the "Patient's Billing" tab.
3. Next, go to the "Billing History" section, select a date range, and click on "Save statement as PDF." The PDF will be downloaded to your computer.
